Our Programs:

1. Bacoor Barangay Chaplaincy. This program will produce 73 chaplains in 73 barangays who will facilitate values formation serminars and provide ministerial services like wedding, baptismal, funeral and spiritual counselling.
2. Bacoor Values Formation in Public and Community Life. This program will produce values educators from all branches of the city government, the business sector and community service organizations.
3. Teaching Values to the Filipino Youth. This program will produce public school teachers who will be the values educators of their pupils.
4. Ulirang Kabataan. This program will produce youth leaders who will provide proper guidance to their peers while away from home.
5. Strike Values Clubs. This program will teach values to Bacoor children while they are still in their formative years through neighborhood values clubs and the barangay day care system.
6. Bagong Buhay Sa Bagong Bacoor Special Projects and Events. This program will promote community living that demonstrates what it is to be makadiyos, makatao, makabayan and makakalikasan citizens in Bacoor.

Our 2013 Objectives:

1. Teach and train 30 church leaders who will become certified values facilitators first then certified barangay chaplains.
2. Teach and train 100 leaders in every branch of the city government and the private sector.
3. Teach and train 10 public school leaders (principals, guidance counselors, department heads) who will teach their respective teachers.
4. Teach and train 30 barangay day care teachers who will become values educators to their pupils.
5. Conduct seminars on how to become godly and responsible parents in 15 barangays.
6. Teach and train 50 youth leaders who will provide guidance to 350 young people so that they will become makadiyos, makatao, makabayan and makakalikasan.

Our Long Term Goals:

1. Fill all 73 barangays with volunteer chaplains who are equipped to provide different ministerial services in their respective barangays,
2. Raise 250 values educators among the leadership of the various local government units, business community and civic organizations;
3. Apply the values teaching materials of Lambat to all public schools during the required values education period
4. Implement Strike Values Club in all 73 barangays on a weekly basis,
5. Strengthen family life in all 73 barangay communities through responsible parenthood and community development programs.

Making the City of Bacoor the model city for values formation by teaching and training its community, government and church leaders so that they may be equipped to carry out a values formation campaign to its successful conclusion.
